Our voice talent is taken from artists at the top of their game. Only the best is good enough. We’ve also invested heavily in sourcing the finest music from the finest composers around the world.
New technology has allowed phone systems to feature a lot more than just On Hold Messages. Now you can have press menus, welcome messages, after hours messages, incidental prompts, all the way up to fully-automated customer service and payment systems. We’ve been at the forefront in working with this technology and have created fully-automated systems for the likes of The Panda Group and Easytrip.
And so to the future… now as VOIP
( Voice Over Internet Protocol ) or “hosted cloud based phone systems” start to become more popular, we’re leading the way in pushing the boundaries of what this technology can do, working side by side with some of Ireland's VOIP pioneers.

Mike Kelly

Before founding Silvertung my background was in Radio, working in Radio Kilkenny, Tipp FM, Newstalk and Q102 both on air and in Station programming. In that time I produced dual Irish / International broadcasts working with the BBC, WOR
AM New York City and Merge93.3 in Dallas TX.
Mike's Fun Fact: I released a charity CD for Childline back in 1999 which sold over 10000 copies.

I am a Chartered Management accountant and tax adviser, with a degree in Business studies from UL and a Masters in Science from DCU.
Ruth's Fun Fact: I train a juvenile Gaelic ladies football team for my local GAA Club in Lucan.
