The infamous Restart!!

I hope you’ve been keeping well over these past months, it’s been a long journey for most of us and for many the end is still a long way off.

A lot of our clients are preparing for a restart of operations and how they’re  interacting with customers has changed quite dramatically.

Most are letting customers know of new on site distancing/hygiene measures and redirecting to email/website for booking or enquiries etc through their phone systems, either as stand alone prompts or indeed while callers are on hold.
